Need to know:
Tour times are dependent upon availability. All reservations require a credit card and tours will be charged 100% at the time of booking. We can accommodate special groups. Please contact our Events Department.

Cancellation Policy: Tours and Meal cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of your arrival date. We will be happy to refund your payment, less a $20 cancellation fee, if you notify us 72 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Lodigng cancellations must be made within two weeks of your arrival date.

Please note..our wildlife drives are 2 1/2 to 3 hours long over bumpy and rugged terrain and best suited for children over the age of 3 years old and may be uncomfortable for pregnant women.

Please remember to arrive at least 15 minutes before the safari is scheduled to leave.

Yes! Our knowledgeable naturalist tour guides do accept tips...If you enjoyed your ride, please feel free to tip your guide!

Pet Policy: Please, NO PETS are allowed at Safari West.  Service animals are allowed on property.

Service Animals: We do allow the use of a service animal by a person with a disability. It is not required, however it would be helpful to know at the time of booking so we can accommodate you.  Thank you.
